Tomorrow, the Board of County Commissioners will review the recommendation of the Hearing Examiner and make a final decision on the South Seas Rezoning Application. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners Meeting Room at 9:30 a.m. at 2120 Main Street in Fort Myers.
Although only the 52 witnesses who testified before the Hearing Examiner will be permitted to address the County Commissioners, everyone who can attend is encouraged to do so to demonstrate support for our speakers and opposition to the rezoning application.
CCA’s attorney, RLR’s attorney, and attorneys for the South Seas Associations will oppose the rezoning and point out the many legal and factual errors in the Hearing Examiner’s recommendation of the rezoning application.
